Protein customization and product platform of ICE Bioscience laboratory occupies more than 200 square meters and is equipped with a large number of advanced instruments, with the capability to develop over 500 new target proteins annually. The platform offers a comprehensive service that includes gene synthesis, vector construction, protein expression, purification, quality testing, and activity measurement. It utilizes three major expression systems: E. coli, insect cells, and mammalian cells. Protein purification is carried out using methods such as affinity chromatography, gel filtration chromatography, ion exchange chromatography, and hydrophobic chromatography. The platform is also equipped with SDS-PAGE, SEC-HPLC, LC/MS, and Western Blot capabilities to evaluate protein quality. Additionally, biophysical analysis, functional analysis, or biochemical binding assays are performed according to the protein's characteristics. Our goal is to alleviate the global biological researchers' burden of choosing target proteins.
