In response to the critical need for targeting Polymerase Theta (PolQ) in cancer therapy, ICE Bioscience has pioneered a series of platforms to address the challenges in Polθ drug discovery. Recognizing Polθ's role in DNA repair and tumor resistance, particularly in BRCA1/2 deficient cancers, our innovative biochemical, cellular, and in vivo assays are designed to identify and characterize Polθ inhibitors effectively. Our integrated approach streamlines the transition from discovery to preclinical development, offering robust tools to advance the next generation of cancer therapeutics.
