Activity Identification：The CypA activity was detected using HTRF technology. The reaction was performed by incubating the varying concentration of RMC6236 and CypA protein at 25℃ for 15 min, then adding the KRAS and the beads at 25℃ for 60 min, then reading ratio 665/620 with BMG.
