Activity Identification：The Kras[G12D](GDP Loaded) activity was quantified using TR-FRET-based assay. The reaction was performed by incubating the Kras[G12D](GDP Loaded) protein and substrate, the donor and receptor at 25℃ for 180 min, then measuring the 520nm/485nm fluorescence signal ratio on BMG.
