Description：Recombinant human Biotin-Kras[G12D] (GmppNp Loaded) protein with N-terminal His-TEV-Avi tag was purified by Ni affinity and specifically biotinylated at Avi tag in vitro, the His tag was removed by TEV protease, followed by loaded with GmppNp and SEC chromatography. The Biotin-Kras[G12D] (GmppNp Loaded) protein showed good activity in HTRF assay.
