Activity Identification：The KRAS[G12V] activity was quantified using the GTPase-Glo assay. The reaction was performed by incubating the KRAS[G12V] protein, REF and CYPA/NF1 at 37℃ for 60 min, they were heated at 80°C for 5 minutes. After taking the supernatant, then adding GTPase-Glo reagent and finally measuring luminescence signal on BMG.
