Description：Recombinant human Biotin-NRAS[Q61L] (GDP loaded) protein with N-terminal His tag and C-terminal Avi tag was purified by Ni-NTA affinity and specifically biotinylated at Avi tag in vitro, and followed by desalting and the protein was loaded with GDP. Finally, followed by SEC chromatography.. The Biotin-NRAS[Q61L] (GDP Loaded) protein showed high activity in TR-FRET assay.

Activity Identification：The Biotin-NRAS[Q61L] (GDP loaded) activity was quantified using TR-FRET-based assay. The reaction was performed by incubating the Biotin-NRAS[Q61L] (GDP loaded) protein and substrate, the donor and receptor at 25℃ for 60 min, then measuring the 520nm/485nm fluorescence signal ratio on BMG.
