Description：Recombinant human Biotin-KRAS[G12C/H95D] (GmppNp loaded) protein with N-terminal His tag and C-terminal Avi tag was purified by Ni-NTA affinity and specifically biotinylated at Avi tag in vitro, followed by SEC chromatography. Finally, the protein was loaded with GmppNp. The Biotin-KRAS[G12C/H95D] (GmppNp Loaded) protein showed high activity in HTRF assay.

Activity Identification：The Biotin-KRAS[G12C/H95D] (GmppNp loaded) activity was quantified using a HTRF-based assay. The reaction was performed by incubating the Biotin-KRAS[G12C/H95D] (GmppNp loaded) protein and substrate, the donor and receptor at 25℃ for 60 min, then measuring the 665nm/620nm fluorescence signal ratio on BMG.
