Description：Recombinant human Biotin-NRAS protein with N-terminal 6x His tag and C-terminal Avi tag was purified by Ni-NTA affinity and specifically biotinylated at Avi tag in vitro. Subsequently, the His tag was removed by TEV. Finally, SEC column was used for further separation. The Biotin-NRAS protein showed high activity in HTRF assay.
