Description：Recombinant dog Biotin-CypA protein with N-terminal His tag and C- terminal Avi tag was purified by Ni-NTA affinity and specifically biotinylated at Avi tag in vitro, followed by SEC chromatography. The Biotin-CypA protein showed high activity in nanoDSF assay.

Activity Identification：The Biotin-CypA activity was quantified using nanoDSF assay. The reaction was performed by incubating the Biotin-CypA protein and 1%DMSO at 25℃ for 15 min, and then on PrometheusTM NT.48 heating the reaction mixture with the temperature range from 20℃ to 95℃, and real time measuring 350/330 nm fluorescence signal ratio.
