Activity Identification：The CypA activity was quantified using a SPR-based assay. The CypA protein was immobilized onto the CM5 chip. The varying concentration of RMC-6236 was injected, and flowed over onto the CypA protein surface. And the response signal was recorded real time. The kinetics fitting was as follows with a kD value of ~ 5.49x10-8 M.
