SDS-PAGE：
Activity Identification：1. The WRN activity was assayed with ADP-Glo technology. The reaction was performed by incubating the WRN protein, ATP and dsDNA at 25℃ for 60 min, then reading luminescence signal with BMG.
2.The WRN unwinding activity was assayed with FI technology. The reaction was performed by incubating the WRN protein, Cy5-labeled dsDNA at 25℃ for 60 min, then reading EX620/EM680 fluorescence signal with BMG.
