Activity Identification：The POLQ-C activity was detected using TR-FRET technology. The reaction was performed by incubating the POLQ-C protein, fluorescence-labeled dsDNA and dNTP (dCTP, dGTP, dTTP) at 25℃ for 60 min, then reading ratio 520/485 fluorescence signal with BMG.
