Description：Recombinant human BUB1 with N-terminal GST tag and C-terminal Flag tag was co-expressed with BUB3 protein with N-terminal Flag Tag. Recombinant human BUB1/BUB3 protein was purified by Flag affinity and followed by GST affinity chromatography. The BUB1/BUB3 protein showed high activity in ADP-Glo assay.
