Activity Identification：The Biotin-PLK4 activity was quantified using a SPR-based assay. The Biotin-PLK4 protein was immobilized onto the SA chip. The varying concentration of Centrinone-B was injected, and flowed over onto the Biotin-PLK4 protein surface. And the response signal was recorded real time. The kinetics fitting was as follows with a kD value of ~ 2.65x10-9 M.
