Description：Recombinant mouse PIK3CA with N-terminal His Avi tag and PIK3R1 protein with N-terminal Flag tag were co expressed and biotinylated in vivo. The recombinant human Biotin-PIK3CA/PIK3R1 protein was purified by Ni affinity and SEC chromatography.The Biotin-PIK3CA/PIK3R1 protein showed good activity in ADP-Glo assay.

Activity Identification：The Biotin-PIK3CA/PIK3R1 kinase activity was quantified using the ADP-Glo™ assay. The reaction was performed by incubating the Biotin-PIK3CA/PIK3R1 protein, ATP and substrate at 25℃ for 60 min, adding ADP-Glo reagent and then measuring luminescence signal on BMG.
