Activity Identification：The AURKA[C290A/C393A] activity was quantified using a HTRF-based assay. The reaction was performed by incubating the AURKA[C290A/C393A] protein, ATP and substrate at 25℃ for 60 min, then adding the donor and receptor, and keeping the mixture at 25℃ for 60 min, finally measuring the 665nm/620nm fluorescence signal ratio on BMG.
