Description：Recombinant human RB1 protein with N-terminal GST tag and C-terminal His tag was firstly purified by GST affinity,the GST tag was removed by thrombin and then followed by Ni affinity, finally SEC column was used for further separation. The RB1 protein showed high activity in a HTRF-based assay.

Activity Identification：The RB1 activity was quantified using a HTRF-based assay. The reaction was performed by incubating the CDK4/CycD1 protein, RB1 and Anti-6His mAb Tb-Conjugate & Anti-GST mAb XL665-Conjugate solution at 25℃ for 60 min, finally measuring the 665nm/620nm fluorescence signal ratio on BMG.
