Activity Identification：The Biotin-GPC3 activity was quantified using a SPR-based assay. The Biotin-GPC3 protein was immobilized onto the CM5 chip. The varying concentration of Cpd was injected, and flowed over onto the Biotin-GPC3 protein surface. And the response signal was recorded in real time. The kinetics fitting was as follows with a kD value of ~ 5.90x10-9 M.
