Activity Identification：The VAV1 activity was quantified using nanoDSF assay. The reaction was performed by incubating the VAV1protein and DMSO at 25℃ for 15/60 min, and then on PrometheusTM NT.48 heating the reaction mixture with the temperature range from 20℃ to 95℃, and real time measuring 350/330 nm fluorescence signal ratio.
