Activity Identification：The Biotin- Vitronectin activity was quantified using using ELISA. The reaction was performed by incubating Biotin-Vitronectin, αVβ3 and varying concentration of GLPG0187 in a 384-well plate coated with Biotin-Vitronectin protein, then adding streptavidin-HRP and following by addition of the ELISA ECL substrate. Finally, measuring the signal using a chemiluminescence reader.
