Activity Identification：The XYLT1 activity was detected using Luminescence technology. The reaction was performed by incubating the UDP-XYLT1 protein, UDP-xylose and XYLT1-substrate peptide at 25℃ for 60 min, adding UDP-Glo reagent at 25℃ for 60 min, then reading RLU signal with BMG.
