Description：Na&K-ATPase protein was extracted from pig kidney. Purification procedure included low speed centrifugation, SDS extraction and sucrose gradient centrifugation, finally the Na&K-ATPase membrane was dissolved in storage buffer. The Na&K-ATPase protein showed high activity in ADP-Glo assay.

Activity Identification：The Na&K-ATPase activity was detected using Ultra Luminescence technology. The reaction was performed by incubating the Na&K-ATPase protein, ATP and substrate at 25℃ for 60 min, then adding ADP-Glo reagent and reading RLU signal on BMG.
