Activity Identification：The ANDR(LBD) activity was detected using HTRF binding assay. The reaction was performed by incubating the ANDR(LBD) protein, CRBN/DDB1 and ARV-110, adding the beads and keeping the mixture at 25℃ for 60 min, then reading ratio 665/620 with BMG.
