Activity Identification：The OGT activity was detected using UDP-Glo technology. The reaction was performed by incubating the OGT protein, CKII and UDP-GlcNAc at 25℃ for 60 min, adding the UDP-Glo reagent at 25℃ for 60 min, then reading RLU signal with BMG.
