Description：Recombinant mouse MASP-2 CCP1-CCP2-SP protein with N-terminal 6x His tag was denatured, and then purified by Ni-NTA affinity. After renaturation, it was further separated by SEC chromatography. The MASP-2 CCP1-CCP2-SP protein showed high activity in proteolytic assay.

SDS-PAGE：
Activity Identification：The active MASP-2 CCP1-CCP2-SP would cleave itself between Arg443 and Ile 444, but two moieties still linked by a disulfate bond. So, in the reducing SDS-PAGE, MASP-2 CCP1-CCP2-SP showed two bands with 26.3 kDa and 19.5 kDa, in the non-reducing SDS-PAGE, only showed one band with 45.8 kDa. As shown in the upper SDS-PAGE.
