Activity Identification：The CD32a activity was detected using SPR technology. The CD32a protein was captured onto the CM5 chip with Anti-His antibody. The varying concentration of trastuzumab was injected onto the CD32a protein surface, and recorded the response signal. The kinetics fitting was as follows with a kD value of ~ 1x10-6 M.
