Activity Identification：The CD16b(NA1) activity was detected using SPR technology. The CD16b(NA1) protein was captured onto the CM5 chip with Anti-His antibody. The varying concentration of Cetuximab was injected onto the CD16b(NA1) protein surface, and recorded the response signal. The kinetics fitting was as follows with a kD value of ~3x10-4 M.
