Activity Identification：The CD16a[F176V] activity was detected using SPR technology. The CD16a[F176V] protein was captured onto the CM5 chip with Anti-His antibody. The varying concentration of Cetuximab was injected onto the CD16a[F176V] protein surface, and recorded the response signal. The kinetics fitting was as follows with a kD value of ~ 3x10-7 M.
