Activity Identification：The Integrin αvβ6 activity was quantified using ELISA. The reaction was performed by incubating Fibronectin protein in a 384-well plate coated with Integrin αvβ6 protein, then adding FN1 | Fibronectin Rabbit pAb, HRP conjugated and following by addition of the ELISA ECL substrate. Finally, measuring the signal using a chemiluminescence reader.
