Description：Recombinant Cynomolgus Biotin-PDE4B protein with N-terminal -GST-TEV,C-terminal Avi tag was specifically biotinylated at Avi tag in vivo and purified by GST affinity, the GST tag was removed by TEV protease, then the protein was further purified by SEC chromatography. The Biotin-PDE4B protein showed good activity in FP assay.
