Activity Identification：The Biotin-ESR1 activity was quantified using a SPR-based assay. The Biotin-ESR1 protein was immobilized onto the SA chip. The varying concentration of 4-hydroxytamoxifen was injected, and flowed over onto the Biotin-ESR1 protein surface. And the response signal was recorded real time. The kinetics fitting was as follows with a KD value of ~ 1.34x10-8 M.
