Description：Recombinant human Biotin-β-catenin protein with N-terminal His-TEV-Avi tag, C-terminal Flag tag was purified by Ni-NTA affinity chromatography. The protein was specifically biotinylated in vitro at the Avi tag, after which the His tag was removed. Finally, the protein was further purified by SEC chromatography. The Biotin-β-catenin protein showed high activity in SPR assay.

Activity Identification：The Biotin-β-catenin activity was quantified using an SPR-based assay. The Biotin-β-catenin protein was immobilized onto the SA chip. The varying concentration of compound was injected, and flowed over onto the Biotin-β-catenin protein surface. And the response signal was recorded in real time. The kinetics fitting was as follows with a kD value of ~ 7.58x10-11 M.
