Description：Recombinant human HSV-2 is a ternary complex, which consists of UL5(no tag), UL52(no tag) and UL8(N-terminal His tag, from HSV-1).The HSV-2 protein was first purified by Ni affinity, the His tag was removed by TEV and then followed by SEC chromatography. The HSV-2 protein showed high activity in FI assay.
