Activity Identification：The Biotin-DLL3 activity was quantified using a SPR-based assay. The Biotin-DLL3 protein was immobilized onto the SA chip. The varying concentration of Peptide-028 was injected, and flowed over onto the Biotin-DLL3 protein surface. And the response signal was recorded real time. The kinetics fitting was as follows with a kD value of ~ 3.98x10-9 M.
