Description：Recombinant human PDI with N-terminal His tag was co-expressed with CP4H1 protein with N-terminal GST tag. Recombinant human PDI/CP4H1 protein was purified by GST affinity, followed by SEC chromatography. The PDI/CP4H1 protein showed high activity in LC-MS assay.
