Description：Recombinant human Biotin-VAV1 protein with N-terminal His-Avi tag was purified by Ni-NTA affinity, biotinylated at Avi tag in vitro, digested with TEV protease to remove the His tag, and further purified by SEC chromatography. The Biotin-VAV1 protein showed high activity in HTRF assay.
