Description:Recombinant human Biotin-HIF1α protein with N-terminal Avi-His tag was purified by Ni-NTA affinity and specifically biotinylated at Avi tag in vitro, followed by SEC chromatography. The Biotin-HIF1α protein showed high activity in special shift-based assay.

Activity Identification:The Biotin-HIF1α activity was quantified using special shift-based assay. The reaction was performed by incubating the Biotin-HIF1α protein labeled by dye and compound at 25℃ for 15min, then measuring 670/650nm fluorescence signal ratio on Dianthus.
