Activity Identification：The FKBP12 activity was quantified using SPR-based assay. The FKBP12 protein was immobilized onto the CM5 chip. The varying concentration of FK506 was injected, and flowed over onto the FKBP12 protein surface. And the response signal was recorded real time. The kinetics fitting was as follows with a kD value of ~1.05x10-8 M.
