The reaction was performed by incubating the Biotin-HSD17B13 protein and NAD+β-Estradiol at 25℃ for 60 min, adding NAD(P)H-Glo™ and keeping the mixture at 25℃ for 60 min, finally measuring luminescence signal on BMG.
