Activity Identification：The Biotin-WWP1 activity was quantified using nanoDSF assay. The reaction was performed by incubating the Biotin-WWP1 protein and 1%DMSO at 25℃ for 15 min, and then on PrometheusTM NT.48 heating the reaction mixture with the temperature range from 20℃ to 95℃, and real time easuring 350/330 nm fluorescence signal ratio.
