Activity Identification：The Biotin-ESR1[Y537S] activity was quantified using special shift-based assay. The reaction was performed by incubating the ESR1[Y537S] protein labeled by dye and compound at 25℃ for 15min, then measuring 670/650nm fluorescence signal ratio on Dianthus.
