Description：Recombinant human PP2Aα with N-terminal His tag was co-expressed with PPP2R1A protein with N-terminal His Tag. Recombinant human PP2Aα/PPP2R1A protein was purified by Ni-NTA affinity and followed by SEC chromatography. The PP2Aα/PPP2R1A protein showed high activity in FI assay.
