Description：Recombinant human Biotin-CDK2 protein with N-terminal His tag and C- terminal Avi tag was purified by Ni-NTA affinity and specifically biotinylated at Avi tag in vitro, followed by SEC chromatography.The His tag was removed by TEV and then followed by Ni affinity. The Biotin-CDK2 protein showed high activity in binding assay.

Activity Identification：The Biotin-CDK2 activity was quantified using a Binding assay. The reaction was performed by incubating the Biotin-CDK2 protein, CRBN and CPS2,then adding the donor and receptor, and keeping the mixture at 25℃ for 60 min, finally measuring the 665nm/620nm fluorescence signal ratio on BMG.
