Description：Recombinant human CDK3 with N-terminal GST tag was co-expressed with CyclinC protein with N-terminal GST Tag. Recombinant human CDK3/CyclinC protein was purified by GST affinity and followed by SEC chromatography. The CDK3/CyclinC protein showed high activity in ADP-Glo assay.
