Description：Recombinant human CDK2 with N-terminal GST tag was co-expressed with CyclinE1 protein with N-terminal GST tag. Recombinant human CDK2/CyclinE1 protein was purified by GST affinity, removed the GST tag by TEV cleavage site and followed by SEC chromatography. The CDK2/CyclinE1 protein showed high activity in ADP-Glo assay.
