Description:Recombinant human Biotin-ERK2 protein with N-terminal 6x His tag and Avi tag was performed in vivo biotinylation, and purified by Ni-NTA affinity, and then performed in vitro activation by recombinant human MAP2K1 protein, and purified by SEC chromatography. The Biotin-ERK2 protein showed high activity in ADP-Glo assay.
