Description：Recombinant human JNK2 protein with N-terminal GST tag was activated by MAP2K4/MAP2K7/MAP2K3 protein with N-terminal Flag tag. The JNK2 protein was purified by GST affinity and followed by Flag affinity chromatography which attaining the target protein. The JNK2 protein showed high activity in ADP-Glo assay.
