Description：Recombinant human CK2α1 protein with N-terminal GST tag was co-expressed with recombinant human CK2β with N-terminal 6x His tag. Recombinant human CK2α1/CK2β protein was purified by GST affinity and followed by SEC chromatography. The CK2α1/CK2β protein showed high activity in ADP-Glo assay.
