Description：Recombinant human CDK15 with N-terminal GST tag and C-terminal 6x His tag was co-expressed with Cyclin Y protein with N-terminal GST tag. Recombinant human CDK15/Cyclin Y protein was purified by GST affinity and followed by SEC chromatography. The CDK15/Cyclin Y protein showed high activity in ADP-Glo assay.

Activity Identification：The CDK15/Cyclin Y activity was detected using Ultra Luminescence technology. The reaction was performed by incubating the CDK15/Cyclin Y protein, ATP and substrate at 25℃ for 60 min, then adding ADP-Glo reagent and reading RLU signal with BMG.
